How To Lose Fat Without Cardio

Is it possible to lose fat without cardio? After all, everything you hear about these days seems to praise cardio for fat loss.



But, aren't you just sick and tired of the same monotonous cardio routine day after day after day?



Well, there is a way to boost your metabolism to lose fat and it doesn't involve any of that cardio.



It's called Metabolic Training and I am going to show you a great workout for losing fat with it.

Note: BW = bodyweight



Warm-Up:



--Push-Up Position BW x hold this position for 30 seconds



--Stability Ball Bridge BW x 10 reps



Complete 3 Rounds



Metabolic Training Fat Loss Workout:



Losing fat with metabolic training requires some effort on your part. That means pushing the intensity up a few notches beyond your
comfort zone.



Move through this circuit as fast as you can only resting as you need. The goal is to push yourself not to go slow and easy. For each set
Burpees you will try to match or beat your previous time.



If it takes you more than 2 seconds to complete a set of Burpees (using your first set as the marker) your workout is over. Try to complete
5 rounds.



--Speed Squat BW x 20 reps -
Perform this the same way as the photo illustration describes but squat up and down
as fast as you can. Not slow, but fast, move, move, move and don't stop.



--Push-Up Position Alternate Arm Rows
BW x 10 each arm



--Burpees BW x 10 in your fastest time- No photo available. From a standing position drop your body to the floor and as soon as your
hands make contact with the floor kick both legs back behind you at the same time. This position is similar to a push-up position.
As soon as your legs hit the floor behind you kick them
back underneath you and immediately jump up in the air. As soon as you land drop and repeat the exercise. These are very, very intense
and will crank up your metabolism to lose fat in no time.

Allow 1-2 minutes rest between each circuit.



Total time from warm-up through 5 total rounds of the metabolic training fat loss workout should only take you about 30 minutes or so.



Try this workout and you can start to lose fat faster than you would with traditional boring cardio.
