Diet For Quick Weight Loss - Quick, Easy And Natural

Earlier when I thought of quick weight loss, I most often thought about Jenni Craig's diet or some weight loss pill like Proactol or Hoodia. About a year ago I learned that there are easier, better and cheaper ways to lose weight fast.
I'm talking about a plan called the calorie shifting diet. The basic approach in this diet is that food is not your enemy and that a correct, normal diet will make you lose weight. Sounds crazy, right? It isn't. In this diet they have used an old well-known secret and combined it with what we know today. When we eat there are two hormones released into our body. One hormone stores fat and the other hormone burns fat. Of course, if we would want to lose weight we want lots of the fat burning hormone and less of the hormone that stores fat in fat cells.
Through evolution our body has been taught, often harshly, how a metabolism should work to make the organism survive (this means us). The ability to store energy for later usage is a great idea but if those reserves gets to big, they become a threat to the organism and sadly there is no autonomy that helps us with that problem. Instead we get sick, we get diabetes type 2 and we are heading for a cardio vascular disease.
However, with some minor adjustments to our diet we could get our body to use more of the stored fat and at the same time we don't store new fat. You know, about every three months our fat reserves are totally replaced. We imagine that the fat we carry around is the same but in fact the old fat is used and replaced by new fat.
The minor adjustments that needs to be done is that we eat on a regular basis, we eat healthy food and we switch calories at certain times to fool the metabolism into burning more fat than it is storing. There are people that loses up to 9 pounds per 11 days and that is amazing stuff. Most people though, lose about 5 pounds per 11 day cycle.
When I decided to lose weight I pulled out my calendar and marked this day as number one, made a new not on the eleventh day and a new on the 28th day. You see, you start by going on this diet for eleven days and then you get three free days where you can eat almost whatever and then you go on another 11 days of the diet. By day 28, I had lost 15 pounds! I strongly recommend this diet to you who have tried and failed all of the fad diets.
