Forget weight loss pills, tormenting diets and expensive diets. Eat smart, not less. There is a new sheriff in Dieters town and her name his calorie shifting diet. This diet makes us understand the importance of foods and that foods are not our enemy.
This is a well-kept secret that the weight loss industry wishes to never have been exposed. Don't go for those readymade diet meals. They are expensive, they don't taste good and more importantly, they are processed. Processed foods holds less natural nutrients so instead there are synthetic nutrients added.
The best way to lose weight is to eat, and eat smart. Did you know that the most successful diets throughout history are those that people find it easy to follow? Think of low-carb diets where you're not even allowed to eat a single apple. An apple! Today and tomorrow you might not want that apple but try 2 weeks! You will start to crave for carbohydrates. Your brain will get wound up in the purple haze from all the ketones it uses instead of glucose (carbs).
To get thin you have to eat, eat from all food groups and eat smart. When we eat there are two hormones released from our brain. One hormone stores fat and the other burns fat. Which do we like the most? Since we are dieting we want the fat burning hormone to rule. This will not happen if you don't eat four times per day. And, you should eat until almost full. Also you need to drink lots of water as this helps our body to transport fats, waste and nutrients. Lots of water is imperative to a healthy and natural weight loss.
Imagine eating just short of full, eating what you like (not fast foods though), no cravings and no starvation. Sounds like a diet? No? Well, it is and it is taking the world by storm. If you were to combine this diet with a fat burning exercise program you could definitively lose 9 pounds in 10 days.
Jennifer Olsen was a master of failing at different diets. She understood that there were more to losing weight then just going on a diet.
