What is the best way to shed pounds? The best way to shed pounds is to follow a diet plan that specifically targets your body's metabolic rate and triggers the release of the appropriate fat burning hormones that will induce rapid weight loss.



Following a low-calorie diet won't work, because you are merely burning calories at a slow pace. Following a low-carb diet won't work, because you are depriving your body of essential nutrition in the process.



The best way to shed pounds is to follow a calorie-shifting diet that essentially involves the strategic manipulation of the types of calories that you can eat at each meal throughout each day. By "tricking" your body, feeding it different calories than what it "expects" to digest, your metabolism kicks in and begins to consume fat at a faster rate than normal.



The greatest benefit of the calorie-shifting diet is that you get to eat as much food as you want at each meal until you are satisfied, and you must eat at least 4 full meals every day with a minimum of 2.5 to 3 hour gap in between.



The weight loss you exhibit on this diet is being lost safely because you are not depriving your body of any essential nutrients. You get to eat a little bit of every food group on this diet.
