We all know that the benefits of a good workout are numerous. The problem is that a lose weight exercise plan doesn’t always seem to work very well. Let me discuss some of the solutions for the problem of losing pounds and working out.



Making a plan is the first thing that you should do when you want to lose weight. Doctors will confirm that exercise has to be part of the weight loss routine. It would be also wise to consult your physician before you take on lose weight exercise program. You can also learn get some useful dietary suggestions from your doctor.



You can begin your lose weight exercise plan once your doctor confirms that it is safe for you. Engaging in aerobic activity is the best way to go if you want to burn fat. However, many people find that doing aerobic activity fails to help them burn fat. This is because they are doing it wrong. They do not realize that the heart rate should be accelerated for at least twenty consecutive minutes during the aerobic activity.



A five minute warm up, twenty intense minutes and a five minute cool down should be included on a lose weight exercise program that runs 30 minutes. However, this may still not work if your body is burning its immediate sugar stores rather than stored fat. This means that you should find an approach that will force your body to burn stored fat during your lose weight exercise program.



If you are in this situation, then you should try to sprint for a mere 30 seconds at a time for your warm up, instead of walking or running at a faster pace for a whole 20 minutes. Then add another intense sprint that lasts an entire 30 seconds every few minutes. You should alternate this between a normal pace and you will reaped the maximum fat burning benefits from your lose weight exercise routine.
