Maybe you're tired of being overweight and you want to lose weight so you can have a happier and more healthy life. Well whatever your situation, I'm here to help you...
How To Lose Belly Fat Quickly
Most people trying to lose weight, think they have to starve themselves to death, obviously this is wrong. You have to intake a consistant calorie dosage every day. But you have to exercise each and every day! You have to burn more calories than you eat, then you will lose weight. It's as simple as that.
You should be eating your 5-a-day fruit and vegetables, I'm sure you'll well aware of it, but make sure you do it! Instead of snacking on junk food, pick up an apple or whatever your personal preference is. You should also be drinking about 9 glasses of water a day, water flushes out the waste and toxins from your body, and water should be replacing all fizzy drinks that contain a lot of sugar, including the diet versions.
You need to make a few changes in your life as well. You need to get in a routine sleeping pattern, 8 hours of sleep a night is recommended. With 8 hours of sleep a night you will find you have the energy to do more exercising throughout the day. You also need to limit your alcohol intake. I recommend not drinking at all, but if you must just have 1 drink per night.
