I am one of the people who decided to try lipotropic injections for weight loss.
I was dealing with some weight loss frustrations and really wanted a jump start on losing weight.
I had lost a great deal of weight many years ago (over 60 pounds). However I was still hanging on to those last 15-20 pounds that kept me from feeling like I was at a great weight for me.
With those extra pounds I just didn't feel comfortable with myself and the clothes I like to wear just did not fit me right.
First let me just say that I am not big on taking any kind of medication and injections or needles are something I usually avoid at all costs.
I am also very much into taking care of my health so that I can feel good even as I get older.
It was a big step to consider lipotropic injections to lose weight.
I did quite a bit of research to make sure that I would not be harming my body in any way. I did not want to experience any negative side effects from the lipotropics.
After finding out that lipotropics are all natural and can assist my liver in functioning better and burning fat more readily - I was ready to begin.
So what program did I follow to lose those pounds that had been clinging to my body and driving me nuts? It was very simple and very effective.
1) I got vitamin and lipotropics injections as recommended by the physician I work with
2) I followed a reduced calorie food plan that was easy to follow, did not make me hungry and gave me lots of food choices
3) I exercised 6 days a week for only thirty to forty minutes with a simple plan that involved resistance training and interval aerobic training
I had no idea how effective lipotropic injections could be for accelerating weight loss until I tried them for myself.
After adding lipotropics injections to my weight loss program the weight came off my body with greater ease than ever before.
I don't know if you have ever suffered from weight loss plateaus but if you have you know they can be very demoralizing especially if you have been religiously following a conservative plan of eating and exercising.
