I am going to tell you about the true problems of unhealthy foods and how you can learn more about eating healthy and staying in shape. Many diets out there are not good for you , I learned secrets to burning fat with healthy foods.



Eating low calorie diet, protein Diet (Atkins), low fat diet are simply not healthy. For the body to function all foods are needed to maintain a stable diet. Imagine your body is an engine the fuel is meat (protein) and potatoes (carbohydrates) , now the oil that keeps the engine running clean is fruit and veg.



You do not help your body by not eating any of the above food groups. Or if you only eat small amounts of calories per day you actually starving yourself. Our bodies are amazing things they can adapt metabolism which control's how fast we burn fat and digest food. So you'll only be harming you body in the long run.



The truth about the Atkins Diet which takes 3-4 months, at the start you can eat 20gram of carbohydrates which is a packet of crisps and makes your body sick which is another way for starving your body. This diet puts too much strain on the liver and other organs such as skin. These diets are not the answer.



No matter how much weight loss you want to achieve it is possible with the right diet plan which will work for life, giving your body the right mix will make your engine burn fat making you a slim natural weight you should be.
